Sonar Studios is being built in Dublin for Len. When I was approached Len was already underway with the concrete slab. He had decided to build along the lines of the Garage Studio at the SAE site.

we also discussed a alternative layout

but Len wanted to go with the first layout which ended up as this

Construction was already underway

and the slab already had the ducting laid out.

The walls were underway using cement blocks

and the roofing was added
