Hi, i came up with a plan for my small studio and i want your opinions.

Some stuff you need to know:

- I will be recording mainly acoustic guitar and vocals.

- The apartment is rented, and i'm not going to stay there for more the a year and a half. thats why i'm not doing any major treatments, such as angled walls to break up the parallel walls.

- The room is small, 3.4x2.8 meters, and the big closet must stay, the floor is ceramic (hard).

- All of the panels (except the clouds) will be mounted on stands and not fixed to the walls (i didn't sketch the stands), so i can put them in front of the two windows in the room, and also move them around whenever i like.

- As you can see from the sketch, the room is both for recording and mixing. but i've put the emphasis on the recording space. i know of the importance of a good mixing spot, but for now, i want to give more attention to the recording part. i also have a friend with a good mixing room so i can use his when i want. for mixing in this room, i can move two panels and put one in each side of the table, and two panels to the wall that's in front the monitors.

- The absorbers with the wooden strips are diffusive absorbers to liven up the room. the strips will be sorted according to a MLS sequence (not sorted in the sketch).

Thank you!

Here is a look from above and a SketchUp file. everything is accurate (gap from walls, dimensions of everything and etc..).
I don't know why the file is 12mb, i don't have much experience with SketchUp.
