Dear All,

I am a your enthusiast and dimensional from Africa, Lagos Nigeria, i am an IT Expert and also have lots of idea in electronics and equipment connections, i am looking at venturing into a record label outfit and feels at least i need a recording studio, i want to build a low budget studio and hope to strengthen it more as we grow, i need the likes of john and other experts to assist in making the right decisions.

I want to use two rooms out of the 4 bedroom flat of my office, i will try to make a sketch of the office how it looks like, but want to really know if a studio could on a first floor where one have neighbors downstairs.
