Hi I'm new to the forum, I came across this page from the book, " Home Recording Studio, Build it like the Pros"

I'm getting ready to build my 4th studio, or should I say attempt, really hoping to do this one right. John can you help me with some floor plan ideas?

I'm pretty confident on the construction techniques, but I am not confident on the design layout. Looking to build a small mulit tracking studio, hopefully 2 iso booths and small live room with a control room in the limited space I have in my basement. I've drawn my availiable floor plan with google sketch,
Feedback?
