Anyone know anything about the old Avalanch Studio Room in Denver CO? I have heard some roumors about it being a big deal in the 80's and early 90's...

Well... yes. My good friend Steve Mclhenny leased the place and we refurbished the place being careful not to mess with the original "sound" of the place. It is a fantastic room. Here's pictures of it now:

However, just recently Steve sold the place off to "The Fray" and it's now their personal studio. Great room. Very comfortable space. I enjoyed recording there a lot.
