No updates. Just popping in to say Howdy. :D

If time permits this weekend, I may fill the new frames w/ 703 and hang some more fabric.

I'm finally taking the plunge and getting high speed internet at the house this weekend. So I'll be online a little more frequently again. Then I can post pictures right away as I finish stuff up. :D

...or real REAL high speed, as in fiberoptic directly into your garage?

Oh, sorry -- the rest of you aren't as lucky as I am!
dslreports.com speed test result on 2006-06-25 12:00:47 EST:
    16591 / 14153
    Your download speed : 16591 kbps or 2073.8 KB/sec.
That is 133.7% better than an average user on surewest.net

    Your upload speed : 14153 kbps or 1769.1 KB/sec.
That is 121% better than an average user on surewest.net
Yes, this is real. (Proof)

Cable. 6MB connection. It's running anywhere between 3mb-9mb download. Upload is around 600+ kb.

Also, had a friend of mine stop by. We loaded a fresh copy of OSX Tiger (10.4?) and all the updates.

It's nice to use my mac again... :D

About $50 per month (a la carte -- it would be cheaper if I bundled phone and/or TV service). But I get reimbursed for 100% of it through my employer. 8)

There was no cost to me to install (although it cost them a pretty penny as they had to bore a conduit underground)...

...I just had to commit to at least a year of service. When my year was up, I got them to up my speed to 20Mbps/20Mbps for the same price if I committed to another year. :D

Alright, here's a little more work done yesterday. Covered up some of the 703 frames in the control room, and started one corner in the other soundlock...
