Hi Guys,

I've been doing Live speech recording and Live sound mixing for a good 10 years and starting to get into real Recording now :-)). I have a ? In regards to gear. As most of the studios I see here use mixers not just a PC. To do all the EQ. And Mixing functions. What are the negatives and positives of doing everything PC oriented vs With Mixers limiters EQs etc. just trying to plan how much space I need to account for for A mixer if I decide to use one and other gear. And all the acompanying wiring for a LR and CR / Vocal tracking

Thanks Rene

Some of the things we have learned from John Sayers in respect to diffusion and slatted side boundaries are given support so that should help boost your confidence that you really are in the arms of a true leader.
