If you are local to the Bay Area, i have a source for high density r15 Pink OC Single side paper faced insulation. Approx 5,000 sq ft of it at. This isn't available at Lowes or HD stocked.


It works in standard 2x4 stud walls (same depth) but more density which is better for sound isolation than r13. %180 more insulation
