Gents, quick question for you.. I finally finished my home studio space (walls and floor) and now am on to trim and acoustic treatment. I'm located in Ottawa Canada so the choices for material is limited to what can be found at local distributors. I found a place that can either order roxul rockboard 60 at 2.25$ a square foot (roughly worked out to 229$ for 14 sheets I believe) or I can purchase Roxul curtainRock which they have in stock for what seems like half the price per square foot. Looking at the performance of this stuff, I'd assume it is close and maybe even slightly better in some areas than the rockboard. Can you guys who are in the know give the specs a look and let me know? This stuff isn't as rigid and is more of a semi rigid type but I plan to build some framing with support for mounting purposes. Corners and first reflection points are what I am starting with (floor to ceiling in corners doubling up to make 4' bass traps) . Anyway here are the specs for the 2' stuff:

Acoustical Performance
ASTM C423
CO-EFFICIENTS AT FREQUENCIES
Thickness 125 Hz 250 Hz 500 Hz 1000 Hz 2000 Hz 4000 Hz NRC

.26 .68 1.12 1.10 1.03 1.04 1.00

Thanks!
