I have been lurking around for a while and finally have the studio somewhat presentable so here are the pics. There are two small ISO booths on the one end that I didn't get pics of because the camera batteries died. This is a garage studio 1 inspired build ( http://www.saecollege.de/reference_material/ ) but there are two small booths instead of 1. It's tight but it works.

there's no samples of things you've recorded on your site so i can't decipher how good or bad you may be at recording, but i think you are really underselling yourself, no matter the price..

when i go an echo layla, a handful of crappy mics, and a piece of garbage behringer mixer together when i was 16, i was charging 50 dollars a song

better to leave pricing out, get the clients in, and work with their budget...

if 100 bucks is all they can afford and it's worth your time, fine.

but if they have 300, the better for you, and for the gear you'll spend it on
