Hi

Does anybody know where to find blueprints/drawings of practic workspaces/studio furniture?

it should contain room for three 19" monitors, two sets of near-fields and my favorite preamp racks and misc goodies.

i´m not able to order fabricated furniture, due to expensive postage rates in norway, but i´m willing to buy custom designed blueprints, or to recieve freebies available online.

if you got some ideas/blueprints laying around, but have to know more about my control room specs, please contact.

This project has been put on hold for now, due to seriouse water damage in the control room. A pipe has sprung leak in the concrete above the main control room, and worked it´s way down through concrete, gyproc, fiberglass and even more gyproc... all ruined.

I have teared down the celing and have to rip up the wooden floors, and wallboards. No equipment injured!

Did i mention that i hate insurance companies, and "hold" music?

Oh man, that's awful. :(

I can relate -- our 5-year-old home got hit by a major water intrusion due to a faulty plumbing connector. Fortunately the original builder took care of everything -- we didn't even have to file a claim with our insurance company. We lived in a hotel for three weeks. Total damages amounted to US$75,000 (roughly the cost of five new compact cars) .

Or about five gallons of gas now.

Sarath, please take a look at the workstation I built for my home studio on my website.
[SPAM REMOVED]
It can be built for about $80 US but I spent about $120 plus extra $ for the rack rail and the keyboard stand.
It will hold only 2-19" monitors...

What makes you think that anyone was talking about "workplace work stations" here?
