You sound like me - rule # 1 on re-organizing; no matter where you put something to get it out of your way, it's WRONG... :?

Hope the rehab is going as well as can be expected; I know at my age that if I wake up with no NEW pains, it's prob'ly gonna be a good day

Yeah, it's the never ending juggling act. What I need now is to add a garage or storage onto the house. Just to have a place to put all my tools and other misc. stuff.

I'll have to do something after the studio is built, just for storage.

Need a place for all my tools I've bought.

How are you feeling these days? Are you still "down for the count," or are you able to put a ding here and there in the construction?

Greetings all...

Sorry I haven't been here for a week and a half. My father passed away on Thursday Aug. 10th. I had to fly out of town to Portland, OR.

I just got back into town last night after driving across country again.

I'll try and pop in again later, but I'm preoccupied w/ some other things at the moment. Unpacking, etc. of my dad's things. It may be another day or two or three before I get settled back into things.

Thanks.

Aaron

Aaron, man sorry to hear that. I hope your father had a long life and won't be forgotten.

Marc

My condolences also; my dad passed away in 1973, I still think about him and miss him. Take some time to grieve, but try to remember the good parts in the process. By now, those are about all I DO remember :) Steve

Aaron, you have my condolences my friend. I'm so sorry to learn of your loss.

I lost my dad 20 years ago in October when I was just 17.

Please let us know if there's anything we can do. Really. People always say that, but it's true.

Even if it's something we can't do, ask someone. It's important that you take care of yourself during this tough time.

Ditto everything Steve said.

When you have a little more time, post as little or as much as you want about what happened and what you're going through.

Thanks everyone.

He was 58 years old. Too young. Unfortunately, he suffered a lot of pain the last 9 years or so. His wife (step mom) died last year of cancer.

You name it, he had just about everything wrong...from Hepatitis C, to Congestive Heart Failure, Cirrhosis of the liver, no cartilage between joints (bone on bone...that was his most pain), leaky legs, weak immune system, no spleen, a vocal cord that was cut by a surgen in New Mexico by accident (hard to talk), etc, etc, etc...

I'm happy to see he is no longer suffering the pain. He outlived everything the docs told him. And even the meds didn't really do much to relieve the pain.

It's been a difficult thing to watch over the years. But now he's in a better place.

Thanks again everyone.

Aaron

And at least 1,000 of them are from humans. ;-)
