Here's how I built my panels.
Insulation
I started out with John's Manville 2x4x2" panels from Specialty Products and Insulation (here in the states).
Wood
1"x4"x8' - Cut into appropriate pieces.
4' long for the long parts, and 2', 1-1/2" for the top and bottom.
Fabric
Joann's Fabric. Burlap: $2.99 yard.
DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND BUY AN AIR STAPLER (if you have a compressor)
This will pay dividends and speed up your build ten-fold.
Ok, so I cut all my lumber first. Then I made "kits". Each containing two long pieces, two shorts (top and bottom), a 45-degree brace, 4 stop blocks so the panel sits in place and two "cleat" hangers - like how they hang kitchen cabinets.
Once all lumber is cut, assemble all your panels - like an assembly-line.
Then staple the fabric to one side.
Flip it, insert the panel, then staple the other side, and then the opposing sides.
Use "hospital-corners" for a neat finish.
Good luck. Any questions, please PM me for a quick response.
