Hey yall, Im working at a place that is finishing building their 2 studios. They are wondering hot to acoustically treat the rooms.

The first rooms dimensions are
Length - 12ft 10 inches
Width - 10ft 5 inches
Ceiling- 7ft 7
There is a short part of the wall that comes out in some pictures I'll post.
Its length is 8ft 4 in, along the width of the room is 9ft 2.
Also there is a little beam that hangs low about 8 inches along the width of the room
Attatched at the end of the room is a vocal booth
its 8Ft x 7Ft, 7ft 7 in high.

The 2nd rooms dimensions are
16ft 11 in length
10ft 10in wide
7ft 1 in high
at the end of the room is a vocal booth
6ft 4 in length
6ft 9 in width
6ft 8 in ceiling.

Both of these rooms do not have a hardwood floor yet

Would like some advie on where to put bass traps, diffusers and acoustic panels. Any and all input is appreciated. Thank you

run some REW tests to determine what the room response is. this will tell you where the main issues to treat are. in general though, assume you need treatment on all walls and the ceilings. deep treatments likely. first reflection points for control room, scatter absorption in iso room to reduce RT and also diffuse the space. given the low ceiling in the CR, plan on using some hard back clouds on chains so you can adjust the front response somewhat.
